NI INFORMAL. NI ILEGAL. (2022)

The goal was to find a text related to food. I chose to satirize Mexico's sometimes absurd food sale regulations, known as NOM. I also referenced Jerónimo Murillo's thesis defending food stalls as culturally integral, countering misconceptions of informality or illegality. I used his text as a conclusion for the article. All images were taken by me in La Roma, CDMX.
